General Guidelines & FAQ for ICAI PT Test Candidates for Home Based Test Home Based Test :- A Home Based Test allows students to take their exams remotely, including their homes, provided it is a complacent environment. A qualified proctor monitors the candidates’ audio-video and screen share feeds in real-time sitting at a remote location. Minimum requirements at Candidate’s End for Home Based Test :- A capable device (Desktop PC or Laptop only) No Mobile or Tablet Stable Internet connection, at least 1 Mbps speed (Mobile Hotspot is to be avoided) An effective webcam and a microphone. ICAI PT Test || CA Articleship Exam || Practical Training Assessment Test - Articleship   What is the objective of the CA Articleship exam? After testing the theoretical knowledge of students in CA foundation and CA Intermediate. ICAI now wants to test the practical knowledge of students. The purpose of the CA Articleship exam is to produce good quality Chartered Accountant and to mitigate dummy articles. The CA Articleship exam is not compulsory for the students. Form 108 - Articleship Completion Certificate by ICAI On completion of Articleship, a CA Student is required to submit Form 108 to ICAI in which he is required to furnish all relevant details pertaining to Articleship. This Form 108 is mandatorily required to be submitted by a CA Student with ICAI on completion of the articleship. An article assistant will not be eligible for the membership of ICAI unless he produces a certificate in Form 108 for the completion of articleship duely signed by the member under whom the articleship is being pursued. Form 108 is only required to be submitted on completion of the full period of articleship.
